Mendocino 2025
I spent my 28th birthday in Mendocino, and I wouldn't ask for more. I was able to hike and enjoy nature, have lunch at a random restaurant where they played my favorite good oldies songs, and even though the weather was quite foggy (though the drive was nice), I felt my heart warm. Doing all that by myself made me appreciate being alive, something I will never take for granted. It’s safe to say I love this tradition of spending my birthday alone, and hope to keep it up for a long time.
